My dental adventures in France continues and finally got braces today. After years of thinking about it, I finally did it. My next appointment is in 12 weeks time and I hope all goes well with me being able to see some initial results.

After the appointment, I manage to have lunch in a cafe nearby with the rest of the family. Eating will definately need getting used to with those permanently on my teeth.

Hopefully with eating less I will loose some weight too.
