Well, I have started working more and more with PDF files lately in my latest obsession with print on demand publishing. There are times when you have to split and merge several PDF files and I thought I would share with you that I have been using PDFSam Basic. It was introduced to me by a work colleague when we wanted to reduce licensing costs at our previous workplace.

It is feature rich enough to perform the tasks I need for splitting PDF files and merging them (I might share some instructional videos when I have the opportunity to produce some). I never require further feature beyond what the basic package offers. However, if you need further features, they have two other subscriptions.
