I think the running bug have bit me. I have increased my weekly run to three times a week. This week, I am doing exceptionally more due to the charity event the company I work for. It has become and annual event and my family will be joining me. We are all participating in the 5km run which is a good distance for the kids. They haven’t practised much though but I have full confidence that they will cross the finish line.

Hence, my choice of song for this week. Snow Patrol is a Northern Irish-Scottish rock band formed in 1994, known for their emotive, anthemic sound that blends alternative rock with indie influences.
