What a week! The house is overflowing as we probably hosted the most guests this week and work was particularly challenging. There are list of chores to be done. We finally swap our wheels for all weather tyres. Need to get a new double bed and my son’s bicycle needs fixing. Nevertheless, the weekend is near.

This brings me back to this song that used to dominate the airwaves when I was growing up in the 90s. Duncan Sheik is an American singer-songwriter and composer, best known for his 1996 hit single “Barely Breathing.” His music blends elements of pop, rock, and folk, characterized by introspective lyrics and melodic compositions. In addition to his solo career, Sheik has achieved acclaim for his work in musical theater, notably for co-writing the Tony Award-winning musical “Spring Awakening.”
