The Sheep has always been very closely related to human for centuries. Their wool keep us warm through the cold winter nights and they also cater to the needs of some misunderstood people as demonstrated in the picture below.

The Inflateable Bonking SheepWell, before I digress, the makers of Wallace and Gromit which uses the art of clay mation have came up with a brand new series called Shaun The Sheep which I have to admit, am a huge fan of it.

I first watched this series on the plane and would like to share it with you all. Feel free to call me childish because I admit that I am still a kid at heart. (Not anything like Micheal Jackson though!)

Here is what the maker’s description of the series are:”Get ready for chaos in the countryside as Aardman’s ever-popular Shaun The Sheep returns in his very own TV series.

Shaun is a sheep who doesn’t follow the flock – in fact, he leads them into all sort of scrapes and scraps, turning peace in the valley into mayhem in the meadow. Shaun and his pals run rings around their poor sheepdog Bitzer, as he tries to stop the Farmer finding out what’s going on behind his back. The show also introduces a farmyard-full of new characters, including the Naughty Pigs, Timmy the baby lamb and the enormous Shirley, a sheep who eats anything and everything.

Besides Shaun The Sheep, I have also developed a following for Pingu after the watching my first ever episode yesterday morning on Astro.

I always played with clay during my childhood and created similar scenes with my own characters. The good thing about the above mentioned two series are that the stories are told through easy actions and are very simple to follow. Anyone no matter how old can relate to them.

Trust me that they are very good stress reliever.
