Greetings all,

I’ll make this a quick post.

copy of the report they give away.

And if that wasn’t enough you’ll also get 50
cents for each copy your referrals give away.

Exciting stuff!

To get the report, go to

Enjoy!

BTW, you will need to have a paypal account to receive your commissions. I am just trying this out and have no guarantees it will work but I look forward to my paypal balance increasing by the end of the month. ;)

Free Internet Marketing Seminar

I just attended an internet marketing preview at Copthorne Orchid Hotel, Penang for Stores Online. I have heard about them from a previous seminar preview which had certainly made me even more curious to find out more. As a bonus, they were offering a free meal and a planner just for me and my guest just for attending a roughly 2 hour event. I am pretty sure there is a massive catch for all of that but we will cover that towards the end.

I have big thumbs up for the event as credits have to be given to them for starting promptly and maintaining professionalism. I hate to say this but it is so much better than Malaysian based agencies that organize free previews for Anthony Robbins and other internet seminars which are often led by broken English speaking speakers. Every time I attend such badly organized events which are made to earn money as it is a business, I would not sign up towards the end no matter how amazing the package they were offering may seem. I believe since seminar previews are to create hype and get as much sign ups as possible for an event, they need to take the attendees seriously. Remember that the agencies that organize such previews get a cut or commission from the amount of sign ups. If an agency can place a horrible speaker for the preview with the intention of achieving max returns for their efforts, you should roughly know the characteristics of the company and attitude of the people running the company and what service you can expect from them in the future.

Enough of complaining, lets return to the preview I attended. Although what they were presenting at the event was very basic for most internet marketers, a lot that were present only had basic knowledge of the internet. I am glad that they manage to create awareness for how rewarding the internet can be and motivated hundreds that were present.

I often laugh whenever the price of a seminar is reviewed towards the end because they make it look like you just need to invest close to nothing after the bonuses if you commit yourself at that time. These bonuses are often made of self over priced items that are not available in the market like e-books for internet seminars. So, be careful on signing up and never consider the bonuses as it is just a marketing bait to make the event that is being promoted more saleable.

However, in this preview, they were promoting a whole day seminar that will be held in KL Marriot Hotel for only RM150.00 with a guest and they promise to offer RM250.00 transport subsidy for outstation participations claimable at the end of the seminar. This means that I am actually being paid RM100 just for attending it. So, since I have nothing to lose, I signed up for it. I am not doing it for the RM100 which will be stupid for anyone to do so. I would like to educate myself on what they will be presenting and the catch. They would not be offering anyone a free meal and organizers for nothing plus they are not making money from the RM150.00 charged. I am pretty sure that they will be making the big catch during the seminar and I am curios to know what it is about.

I did a quick search on the internet and all I see was bad reviews about the company. Being me, I would not listen to anyone and rather see it for myself but it does make things more exciting.

That’s all for the moment, I will update you on the seminar which I am attending on May 31st.

Take care and see you soon.

10,000 Real Visitors

I just purchase some traffic for one of my sites at an amazing bargain price. My intentions were to test them out and calculate the conversion rate. Since traffic that I bought was untargeted meaning anyone can view it, I see no harm in gaining more exposure to increase my site’s online brand awareness.

The company that sold me the package promised to deliver 10,000 visitors to my site within 60 days. A huge amount of potential buyers I would say. Just a handful of buyers would cover my initial advertising costs.

After day one of the campaign being kicked off, I checked my traffic statistics to see an increase in visitors and their reffering url’s. I can’t help but notice a domain name that was sending the majority of the traffic. Being me, I decided to check it out.

Apparently what it was is just using an Auto Surf website to display your page to others. To those who are unaware of Auto Surf websites, they are websites created to display pages after pages of websites automatically using a script. Anyone can register for an account with them and earn credits for viewing other registered users website or advertiser’s site in my case. The credits earned can are exchanged for the exposure of your site.

I was somewhat disappointed but hey, I am learning everyday. The downside to this scheme was that some people would not even bother looking at your site as their intentions are only to get traffic for their own use. However, it can be a cheap and effective way for marketers to get traffic for their sites if they have the correct targeted market.

I usually use free banner exchanges to promote my new site launches as they can be setup quickly and for free. I usually register a free banner exchange account for each of my campaigns separately because of the free bonus credits given to you upon signing up. The free credits itself can gain you major exposure and lots of potential visitors to your site. A special tip is to change your banners maybe every two months to get more clicks that turns into visitors and remember to target your market. For example, I use a UK banner exchange site for my UK websites.

That’s all from me at the moment, till next time, take care.

What To Know Before You Buy An E Product

Being an internet marketer or internet entrepreneur, you might have encounter countless self proclaimed Internet marketing experts, tons of e-products such as e-books and software that makes extraordinary claims. But how do you know which is the best deal and not a fraud or just a rip off? Well, here are my tips to help you consider yourself.

1) Never Buy On Impulse

One of my first purchases of information products was this massive bundled pack containing literally hundreds of products worth thousands of dollar, all with master resell rights. It was an offer that I could not refuse. I bought it on an auction site at the moment I first came across it. After making the purchase, I randomly did a quick browse and came across the same product offered by another seller at 90% lower the price I have already paid for. I was of course angry at myself as I have overpaid for a product that I can get at a far lower price. However, I learnt that a simple search either on the auction site or the internet can save me huge sums of money. Most of the sale pages constructed by the sellers are to attract potential buyers to buy on impulse. That is how they cash in. It is our own responsibility to be smart consumers. This tip works not just on e-products but literally anything that is being sold online. All you have to do is just copy the name of the product and just do a quick search on search engines. At times, you will be surprised with the results.

2) If In Doubt, Ask

While reading a sales letter or page, you might be a little confused or unsure of the terms used. For example, if the publisher offers Money Back Guarantee but did not specify the terms. Just contact the publisher with your question. If the publisher is a reliable source, you should receive your answer within 24 hours or less. If you do not receive a reply, just give the seller a miss as it shows that the seller does not maintain it’s sales page and how can you be guarantee a good customer support after purchasing the product when the publisher can’t even reply to your pre-sales e-mail.

3) Age of the Product

Try to verify the age of the product. Don’t just look at the phrases such as “Just Release or “Brand New and certainly don’t believe the date on the sales letter as it is generated by scripts that updates itself daily or synchronizes with the date on your computer. A few simple steps such as looking at the date of the copyright usually in the footer of the page can roughly tell you when the product is released. It will usually look something like this “© 2000 Super Marketer. All Rights Reserved. This clearly indicates that the product was released in 2000. Some marketers do not update their sales pages once it has been released. Besides that, just send an e-mail enquiring about the date of release. The reason of avoiding buying old products as some of it might contain irrelevant information as you might know that the online world keeps on evolving and for a product release in 2000 to be relevant with this year, there is only a slight possibility. However, some products are released with latest updates making it just fine.

4) Be Careful with Master Resell Rights

Master Resell Rights is definitely an added bonus to any products. To those who are unfamiliar with this term, it is the rights given to you by the author or publisher to resell the products. Most e-products have this as an additional bonus as it adds value to the product. You can then resell as much of the product as you want at either an agreed price or a price that you decide. However, some publishers charge extra for the reseller rights. The only downside to products with Master Resell Rights is that it might not have any resell value as it has long been on the market and considered outdated or the competition of people selling it is too much. Besides that, just do a quick search on the item on a search engine because you might get it for a much lower price from another reseller.

5) Money Back Guarantee

Most people after making a purchase are just left disappointed with the poor quality of the product being nothing like what it is mentioned in the sales letter. However, most people forget about the Money Back Guarantee that is being offered. Use it and ask for a refund within the agreed time frame. For example, ask for a refund within the first 30 days of your of 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. Never wait until the last minute to ask for a refund. There might be delays on the communications and it could surpass your Money Guarantee Period. However, some products might not have Money Back Guarantee and hence you should choose your products wisely.
